Architectural Review Process
Architectural Review Process Summary
Please note that this is a high-level summary of the process. The Design Standards and Guidelines (DSG) provide detailed instructions, forms, and supporting documentation.
The ARC Application Fee covers application processing, ARC member review, and attendance at three (3) ARC meetings. Property owners may incur an additional fee of $150 per hour, per ARC member, for any extra consulting. This includes additional involvement of the ARC Administrator for consultations or further research on behalf of the property owner. Licensed architects have a fiduciary duty to their clients to understand the association’s Design Standards Guidelines (DSG) and to prepare all necessary documents in accordance with the ARC checklists. Lot-specific inquiries should be directed to the county.
ARC REVIEW MEETING DATES
Thursdays 1:00 PM (MST)
- All required materials must be submitted for ARC Review before a meeting can be scheduled, and at least one week in advance.
- To avoid unnecessary delays in scheduling, please be sure all checklist items are included with your submission. Applications with missing materials will be returned to the Owner/Architect for completion.
