2026 Summer Construction Trail & Parking Access

Summer 2026 Trail & Parking Update:

Staying Safe While We Grow

Hello, Powder Haven Neighbors!

As the snow melts and the mountain transitions into its summer colors, we know everyone is eager to get out and explore. However, Summer 2026 is a busy season for mountain improvements. To ensure everyone’s safety during this period of heavy construction, we have established specific access guidelines for all Owners.

🥾 Trail Access & Closures

While much of the mountain is currently a restricted construction zone, we are pleased to keep some of our favorite routes available for your enjoyment.

Open Trails (Subject to Conditions):

  • Paper Airplane
  • Baggage Claim
  • Woody’s

Closed Areas: In the interest of safety, there is no access allowed beyond Skylodge. Construction activity is occurring across the mountain, and these boundaries are strictly enforced.

Note: If additional areas become available as work progresses, we will reach out to Owners directly with specific locations and opening dates!

🅿️ Parking Information

If you are heading up for a hike or to visit the lodge, please utilize the following designated Owner parking zones:

  • Skylodge Lot
  • Hidden Lake Lot

⚠️ Safety & Compliance

We are operating under a zero-tolerance policy regarding trespassing in construction zones. These areas contain active machinery and hazards that aren't always visible to the naked eye.

Please help us maintain a safe environment by obeying all posted signage and staying within the designated open zones.
